Madgic Distribution—the newly rebranded avatar of APC Kids—marks its fall market debut at MIPJunior with a standout slate of animated content and a wave of recent distribution deals.

Highlighted Series

  • Emerald – An 18×11’ children’s series (plus a 22’ special) based on Harriet Muncaster’s beloved book series, commissioned by Sky Kids (UK). The narrative follows a mermaid forging new family dynamics with humor and heart, supported by charming friends like Theodore the Sea Unicorn and Shelly the Sea Turtle.
  • Jade Armor Season 2 – A 26×22’ action-comedy series set for delivery in October 2025. Produced for France Télévisions and Super RTL, this continuation builds on the success of Season 1 and will be showcased at MIPJunior.
  • Lana Longbeard – Produced by Zephyr Animation and Copernicus Studios, this series is part of Madgic’s owned inventory and has recently secured multiple sales across international markets.

Sales Momentum & Rebrand Strategy

Following its rebrand this summer, Madgic Distribution has already recorded strong global sales. Highlights include deals with PCCW (Hong Kong) for multiple titles, TVO (Canada), ABC (Australia), RTBF (Belgium), Télé-Québec (Canada), and Narrative (UK)—all signaling market confidence in Madgic’s refreshed identity and offerings.

Managing Director (and new CEO) Lionel Marty commented on the momentum:

“We are incredibly proud to continue our strong relationships with broadcast partners as we head to our first MIPJunior as Madgic Distribution. The evident appetite for quality animated and live-action series […] is testament to the great producers we work with.”
