“They’re Back! Phineas and Ferb Are Taking Over Summer 2025 — And You Won’t Believe What They’re Up To”
Get ready to sing that theme song on repeat because Phineas and Ferb are officially back, and this summer is about to be 104 days of pure animated chaos — the fun kind, of course.
The beloved Disney series that gave us backyard roller coasters, time machines, and a surprisingly stylish secret agent platypus is returning with brand-new episodes starting June 5 on Disney Channel and Disney XD. The teal carpet (because red is just too mainstream for these two) is being rolled out, and fans young and old are here for it.

Summer, Reinvented (Again)
For those who’ve ever wondered, “What are we gonna do today?” the answer is simple: Watch Phineas and Ferb. In this shiny new season, the dynamic duo is back with their signature brand of ridiculous brilliance — tackling world records, building outrageous contraptions, and generally ignoring the laws of physics like the rebels they are.
Candace is still on her mission to bust them (some things never change), but now she’s also hitting a new milestone: taking her driving test. Meanwhile, Perry the Platypus (a.k.a. Agent P) is due for a vet visit — and honestly, we’re not sure what’s more dangerous: a laser-wielding villain or a confused veterinarian.
When and Where to Watch
Premiere Date: June 5 at 8 p.m. PDT/EDT on Disney Channel and Disney XD
Streaming: The first 10 episodes drop on Disney+ on June 6 (U.S. and select international markets)
Sneak Peek Alert: May 26 at 11:35 a.m. — catch it on Disney Channel, Disney XD, and YouTube
And yes, the very first episode will also be available on Disney Channel’s YouTube for anyone who needs a quick nostalgia fix (or just forgot their Disney+ password).
More Than Just a Comeback — It’s a Content Explosion
Disney isn’t just bringing back the series — they’re going full franchise mode. Here’s what fans can look forward to:
New Animated Shorts: Rolling out across Disney Channel, Disney+, and YouTube all summer long
Cartoonified with Phineas and Ferb: Real-life celebs get the toon treatment in hilarious interviews
Agent P, Under C: A whole new mission for everyone’s favorite fedora-wearing platypus
Short-Form Gold: Including new episodes of Theme Song Takeover and the Emmy-nominated How Not to Draw
Merch, Music & Marvel (Yes, Really)
Prepare your wallets, because the merch game is strong this time around.
Funko Pop!s: The first-ever official line based on the show is here. Start clearing shelf space.
Marvel Crossover: Special variant covers of Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four will feature our animated faves, with art by Phineas and Ferb co-creator Dan Povenmire and cartoonist Jacob Chabot.
Comics: Phineas and Ferb: Classic Comics Collection, Volume 3 is out now, with never-before-traded adventures.
Music Drops: Two albums incoming!
Lofi: Phineas and Ferb — chill out with relaxing remixes of the show’s greatest hits (May 9)
The full season soundtrack with 13 brand-new songs arrives June 6 on all major platforms
A Quick Recap for Newbies (Or Parents Who Forgot)
Phineas and Ferb originally debuted in 2008 and quickly became the animated crown jewel of Disney Television Animation. It ruled the ratings game, won five Emmy Awards, and delivered two epic movies — including 2020’s Candace Against the Universe. The show was so big it inspired live tours, toys, novels, and even video games.
Final Thought: Summer’s About to Get a Lot More Tri-State
In a world where every day feels the same, Phineas and Ferb are once again proving that imagination (and sibling teamwork) can turn an ordinary summer into an unforgettable adventure. Whether you’re a longtime fan or introducing the next generation to Danville’s most brilliant brothers, get ready to laugh, sing, and maybe cry a little when Perry finally gets his shots.
Let’s face it — your summer just got awesome-ized.
