The highly anticipated Peacemaker Season 2 is set to shake things up with a brand-new villain from Batman’s rogue gallery—White Rabbit! Actress and singer Brey Noelle has seemingly confirmed her role as the enigmatic and speedy villain, and fans are already buzzing with excitement. With James Gunn at the helm, this season promises to be a wild ride filled with action, humor, and, of course, absolute chaos.

Brey Noelle Hops into the DCU as White Rabbit

Rumors of White Rabbit’s arrival in Peacemaker Season 2 had been making the rounds for a while, but it wasn’t until Brey Noelle shared a post from a fan account on her Instagram story that the speculation gained serious traction. The post welcomed her to the DC Universe, stating that IMDb had confirmed her casting as White Rabbit. While DC itself has yet to issue an official statement, Noelle’s response—simply “thank you” with emojis—was enough to send fans into a frenzy.

With Peacemaker Season 2 slated to premiere in August 2025 on Max, viewers won’t have to wait too long to see Noelle’s take on the character. The show will once again feature John Cena as the titular antihero, joined by returning cast members like Freddie Stroma, Danielle Brooks, and Robert Patrick, along with new additions like Frank Grillo.

Who is White Rabbit? Batman’s Trickster with a Twist

For those unfamiliar with this lesser-known Batman villain, White Rabbit—aka Jaina Hudson—made her comic book debut in Batman: The Dark Knight #1 (2011). Hailing from Gotham’s elite society, Hudson leads a double life, switching between her wealthy socialite persona and her mischievous criminal alter ego.

White Rabbit possesses the unique ability of bio-fission, which allows her to create two versions of herself. While one maintains her innocent facade as Jaina Hudson, the other wreaks havoc as the seductive and unpredictable White Rabbit. Notably, her appearance changes when she transforms—White Rabbit sports pale skin, white hair, and an extravagant, whimsical costume. Add to that her super-speed, and she becomes a formidable opponent.

While not as well-known as Joker or Bane, White Rabbit has made her mark in Gotham, often toying with both Batman and his allies. She thrives on deception and manipulation, making her a fascinating addition to Peacemaker’s world of morally grey characters.

What Does White Rabbit Bring to Peacemaker Season 2?

With James Gunn’s signature storytelling style, it’s safe to assume that White Rabbit’s role in Peacemaker Season 2 won’t be a straightforward villain-of-the-week appearance. Given the show’s chaotic and irreverent tone, White Rabbit could bring an unpredictable, fast-talking, and slightly unhinged energy to the series.

There’s also the intriguing possibility that she won’t be the main antagonist but rather a wildcard, jumping between sides depending on what suits her best. With her bio-fission ability, she could easily deceive Peacemaker and his crew, leading to some truly hilarious and action-packed moments.

The Hype is Real—Here’s Why Fans Are Excited

Between the over-the-top action, absurd humor, and deep-cut DC references, Peacemaker became a surprise hit when it first premiered. Season 2 looks to up the ante, and adding a Batman villain like White Rabbit only increases the excitement.

Will White Rabbit be an ally, a villain, or something in between? How will she fit into Peacemaker’s unpredictable world? One thing’s for sure—August 2025 can’t come soon enough!
