PBS KIDS’ Alma’s Way is back with fresh new episodes airing April 28–30, bringing more of Alma’s colorful adventures across the Bronx — and this time, with a very special guest! Grammy-winning jazz musician Esperanza Spalding lends her voice to the series, making a memorable appearance in the musical episode “Subway All-Stars.”

In “Subway All-Stars,” Alma, Eddie, and Uncle Nestor are all set for a big performance on a subway platform — until another musician, Zelda Jazz (voiced by Spalding), shows up thinking it’s her day to perform. Instead of clashing, the characters find a joyful, musical solution: why not jam together?
The exclusive clip teases the high-energy collaboration, celebrating teamwork, spontaneity, and of course, the power of music.
