Crunchyroll, the leading anime platform, has revealed a significant collaboration with Comic Con India, spanning the upcoming five anticipated events across the country. Aligning with Comic Con, Crunchyroll will be the Powered By associate for the next half-year during these popular cultural events.

Being India’s go-to platform for anime content, Crunchyroll prides itself on hosting an extensive and diverse library of anime titles. Concurrently, Comic Con India celebrates the multifaceted domains of comics, anime, gaming, and pop culture through its vibrant fan gatherings. This alliance aims to synergize, promising an enriched event experience for all participants.

The partnership with Crunchyroll will launch at the Bengaluru Comic Con event commencing on November 17th at KTPO Whitefield. This collaboration will further extend to forthcoming events in Delhi (December 8th at NSIC Grounds, Okhla), Hyderabad (January 27th at Hitex), Chennai (February 17th at Chennai Trade Centre), and finally culminate in Mumbai (April 20th at Jio World Centre, BKC).

Jatin Varma, the founder of Comic Con India, remarked, “The escalating presence of anime character cosplayers at Comic Con each year underscores the burgeoning adoration for anime in India. Having Crunchyroll on board presents an ideal synergy, allowing us to elevate fan experiences, foster interactive engagements, and facilitate connections among enthusiasts. It underscores our dedication to bringing fans closer to the core of their beloved anime content and curating unforgettable moments at our events.”

Markus Gerdemann, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Crunchyroll, stated, “Teaming up with Comic Con India, a frontrunner in fan communities and pop culture, enables us to immerse Indian fans into the enchanting realm of anime. We eagerly anticipate celebrating anime collectively and delivering an array of experiences to unite fans with their cherished series.”
