The film tells the tale of two adventurous sisters, Juliette and Carmen, who stumble upon an enchanted toy that whisks them away to the mystical Kingdom of the Winds. Transformed into cats, they find themselves in a world filled with flying divas, technicolor dragons, and other fantastical creatures. However, their journey takes a dark turn when Juliette accidentally causes a mishap that angers the locals. As a result, Juliette is handed over to a captivating songstress named Selma, while Carmen is forced into an arranged marriage with the mayor’s son.
The sisters must navigate this strange new world and find a way to escape before Carmen is wed. Their only hope lies with Sirocco, a mysterious and feared wizard known for his powerful storms.
