Lionsgate Television is developing a new series titled John Wick: Under the High Table, continuing the saga after the events of John Wick: Chapter 4. According to Variety, the project is currently being shopped to potential networks and streaming services.
The official logline reveals, “John Wick has left the world of the High Table in a tenuous position and a collection of new characters will look to make a name for themselves while some of the franchise stalwart characters remain committed to the old-world order. The series will combine new and old and thrust the Wick universe into a new age.”
Lionsgate TV previously produced The Continental: From the World of John Wick, a franchise prequel miniseries that aired on Peacock in 2023.
Keanu Reeves will serve as an executive producer alongside Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee of Thunder Road, and Chad Stahelski for 87Eleven Entertainment. Stahelski will also direct the pilot, with Robert Levine serving as writer, showrunner, and executive producer.
