This Magical Breadbox Just Got a Sequel – ‘Sonya From Toastville’ Season 2 Is Coming In Hot!

Hold onto your toaster knobs, because Sonya From Toastville is officially returning for a second season! The Rise of a YouTube Sensation

Premiering in February 2024, Sonya From Toastville quickly became a YouTube smash, amassing over 200 million views. Co-produced by Lakeside Animation and Studio Metrafilms, and distributed by Kedoo, it struck a chord with viewers of all ages thanks to its whimsical concept and bold heroine.

Sonya is a curious and courageous 10-year-old who discovers that her kitchen breadbox is actually a portal to Toastville—a whimsical city on the distant planet of Toastland, full of talking toast, mysterious creatures called Toastians, and the ever-troublesome Crumbles.

Global Strategy Meets Galactic Fun

With its soaring YouTube success, Kedoo is taking Sonya global. Season 2 will be made available exclusively for television broadcasters and streaming platforms in international markets. That’s right—Toastville is going prime time.

Olivier Bernard, COO and Co-Founder of Kedoo, said it best: “Sonya combines the incredible ingredients kids love: great storytelling and interesting, funny, and unusual characters.”

More Than Just Cute—It’s Empowering

The charm of Sonya From Toastville goes beyond quirky humor. With 26 brand-new 11-minute episodes, Season 2 is set to dish out valuable life lessons—including themes of self-belief, resilience, and inclusivity.

Aimed at kids aged 6 to 9, the show’s strength lies in its female empowerment. Sonya is a smart, fearless protagonist who solves problems, challenges stereotypes, and inspires young viewers to dream big—all while navigating the doughy dilemmas of Toastland.

What’s Next for Sonya?

While fans eagerly await a trailer, we do know that Season 2 promises new adventures, fresh Toastian characters, and plenty of golden-brown hijinks. From decoding riddles to outsmarting Crumbles, Sonya is back—and more toast-ready than ever.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the magic of Toastville, now’s the perfect time to hop aboard the breadbox express. With expanded global reach, an empowering lead, and a heaping side of fun, Season 2 of Sonya From Toastville is set to be a crunchy, heartwarming delight.
