Spring is in the air, and PBS KIDS is celebrating the season with a vibrant lineup of animated premieres! Families looking for fun, educational, and heartwarming entertainment can tune in for fresh episodes of their favorite cartoons, just in time for Spring Break. From thrilling nature-themed specials to inspiring stories of friendship and discovery, there’s something for every young adventurer.

Carl the Collector Kicks Off Autism Acceptance Month

The season begins with five brand-new episodes of Carl the Collector, launching on March 31 in honor of Autism Acceptance Month. These episodes explore themes of self-expression, confidence, and inclusion, as Carl and his friends tackle everyday challenges—from music and playtime to problem-solving and gratitude. With a focus on celebrating unique perspectives, this series continues to be a valuable resource for teaching kids about empathy and acceptance.

Nature Cat’s Big-Screen Moment

Premiering on April 3, Nature Cat – The Nature-tastic Four Movie! brings an action-packed, one-hour special to young viewers. Nature Cat begins to question his place in the heroic Nature-tastic Four when an unexpected space creature named Sandos threatens the planet’s natural resources. With Earth’s well-being on the line, it’s up to Nature Cat to step up and prove that he’s the hero the world needs!

Wild Kratts: Activate Kid Power!

On April 7, Wild Kratts returns with a brand-new special, Activate Kid Power!, where the team faces an overwhelming number of creature rescue calls, putting their power capacity to the test. But when they enlist the help of Wild Kratts Kids, they discover that teamwork and determination are the greatest superpowers of all!

And that’s not all—April 7 also brings two additional new Wild Kratts episodes, allowing kids to continue their journey through the animal kingdom with Chris and Martin Kratt.

Elinor Wonders Why: A Plushie Rescue Mission!

Rounding out the spring lineup, Elinor Wonders Why debuts a special episode on April 21. Elinor and her friends set off on a journey to Moose Mountain in search of Ari’s beloved plushie, which was snatched away by an eagle. Along the way, they observe seasonal changes and learn how nature adapts throughout the year.

Plus, three additional STEM-packed episodes of Elinor Wonders Why will air throughout the week of April 21, encouraging young minds to stay curious about the world around them.

Spring into Learning with PBS KIDS!

With its blend of adventure, humor, and educational value, PBS KIDS’ spring programming promises to keep young viewers engaged while fostering creativity and curiosity. Whether kids are tuning in to save the planet with Nature Cat, embark on a rescue mission with Elinor Wonders Why, or embrace their individuality with Carl the Collector, there’s no shortage of excitement this season.
