2025 Kidscreen Awards Winners Announced—Bluey, LEGO Pixar, and Orion and the Dark Take Top Honors!

The 2025 Kidscreen Awards have officially wrapped, celebrating the best in children’s entertainment across animation, digital media, and broadcasting. Hosted by TV personality Jessi Cruickshank, the awards honored outstanding achievements in preschool, kids, and tween/teen programming.

This year’s biggest winners included fan-favorite franchises like Bluey, LEGO Pixar, and Bob’s Burgers, alongside fresh newcomers like Max & the Midknights and Silly Sundays.

Preschool Category: Bluey Shines Again!

The preschool category was packed with standout shows, but Bluey once again stole the spotlight, taking home multiple awards, including:

📺 Best YouTube Channel – Bluey (BBC Studios & Ludo Studio)

🌍 Best Inclusivity – Let’s Go, Bananas! (9 Story Media Group, Brown Bag Films)
🏅 Best in Class – Gabby’s Dollhouse (DreamWorks Animation, Netflix)

Kids Category: Orion and the Dark and LEGO Pixar Take Top Honors

The kids programming category was fiercely competitive, but Netflix’s Orion and the Dark made a big splash, winning:

🏆 Best One-Off, Special or TV Movie
🏅 Best in Class

Meanwhile, LEGO Pixar proved that kids (and adults) still can’t get enough of LEGO mashups, taking home:

🏆 Best Animated Series (LEGO Pixar | LEGO Entertainment, Atomic Cartoons)

Tweens/Teens: Bob’s Burgers Wins Best Animated Series

When it comes to tween and teen animation, few shows have the staying power of Bob’s Burgers. The beloved 20th Television Animation series took home the top prize for Best Animated Series, proving that its quirky humor and lovable characters continue to resonate with older kids and teens.

In the digital categories, Bluey continued its reign, but some fresh contenders also took home awards:
